1. Acceptance and internal use

By using Action Optimizer you agree to these terms. The product is provided for internal use by Seo Office LTD staff to manage authorised client Google Ads accounts.

2. Purpose of the tool

The tool generates optimisation recommendations and related analytics. Recommendations are reviewed by humans before any apply action.

3. Apply gates

Changes to Google Ads accounts must not be applied without the product’s approval and apply gates. Automated apply without human approval is out of scope for this tool.

4. No warranty on outcomes

Recommendations and metrics are provided to support decision-making. We do not warrant that following a recommendation will achieve any particular performance result.

5. Google Ads as source of truth

Google Ads account state remains the source of truth for live campaigns. The tool’s local snapshots and queues may lag behind or summarise account data.

6. Acceptable use

Use only for authorised agency work on accounts you are permitted to manage. Do not misuse credentials, attempt unauthorised access, or use the tool outside Seo Office LTD operations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seo Office LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of recommendations, sync delays, or operator decisions made with the tool.
