1. Who we are

Action Optimizer is operated by Seo Office LTD (sdma.gr). It is an internal agency tool used by our campaign managers. It is not a public consumer product.

2. What this tool does

The tool helps our team review Google Ads search performance, generate recommendations, and apply approved changes to client accounts we manage through our MCC.

3. Data we process

Depending on how a workspace is connected, we may process:

• Google Ads performance metrics synced via the Google Ads API (for example search terms, locations, devices, spend, conversions)
• CSV report imports uploaded by our team
• Workspace activity such as syncs, recommendations, approvals, and apply events stored in our database

4. Who can access the tool

Access is limited to Seo Office LTD employees and authorised operators. External parties do not use the product as end users.

5. Retention and storage

Operational data is stored on infrastructure we control (including our application database on our VPS) for campaign management and audit purposes. We retain it only as long as needed for those operational needs.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Use of the Google Ads API is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. Client campaign data is used only to deliver our agency services.
